At EMS Response, the health and safety of our clients and staff is our number one priority.
We have therefore implimented the same Ambulance Trusts Covid-19 guidelines that we are following if our support is required.
We are very much aware of the growing concerns around the coronavirus (Covid-19) and the important role that our crews have in keeping healthy.
Our offices will continue working on a remote basis where possible and staff will not be on site unless absolutley nessesary. We therefore ask you to contact us by email or via our various social media and messaging platforms.
Request our Emergency Support Following on from the Government & NHS guidelines we would ask our customers to adhere to the below if you are working or coming into contact with any of our heathcare professionals. If you are feeling unwell please make our crews aware prior to contact. Crew members with symptoms should advise your office manager or service director so arrangements to cover your shift can be implemented. If you have a fever, cough or shortness of breath; protect yourself and others, go home and call NHS 111. Please wash your hand thoroughly using soap and water. It is recommended to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds. Always carry tissues with you and use them to catch coughs and sneezes. Once used please place in a bin or clinical waste bin on the ambulance then wash your hands with soap and water or if not avaialble use the ppe and sanitising products. We have taken extra steps in our cleaning routine to ensure that we keep our crews healthy. Our staff will continue to be vigilant and are focused on additional cleaning of all items. We ask anyone who is concerned that they may have encountered the virus to follow the Government advice, and self-isolate in the first instance.
